This Course Is For You

You know something has shifted.
You're just not sure what to do next.

You're a woman in midlife who just got pulled into caregiving — while managing your own body changes, your household, your finances, and possibly your career. Nobody prepared you for this part. And there is almost nobody speaking directly to you.

You've noticed things that worry you but don't know if you're overreacting.

You don't know if the legal paperwork is in place — and you're afraid to ask.

You're doing most of the caregiving work while other family members do very little.

You want to be prepared before a crisis forces your hand.

You're navigating your own midlife body changes at the same time — and barely anyone talks about that intersection.

You love your parent deeply and you want to show up well for them — without losing yourself in the process.

"The most loving thing you can do for your family is get organized before the crisis hits. And the most loving thing you can do for yourself is stop carrying this alone."

Questions

Everything you want to know
before you enroll.

What if I'm not sure my parent even needs caregiving yet?
This course is specifically designed for women in the early and middle stages of the caregiving journey — before a crisis forces their hand. The earlier you take it, the more protective it is. Module 1 helps you assess clearly where things actually stand right now.
I'm already in the middle of a caregiving crisis. Is this still for me?
Yes — and Module 5's 30-Day Action Plan was built specifically for this. You'll start with a clear assessment of where things stand, prioritize the most urgent gaps first, and build from there. You don't have to start from the beginning. You start from where you are.
Do I need to take it in order?
The course is designed to flow in order, but every module stands alone. If your most urgent need right now is legal documents — go to Module 4. If it's Medicare — go to Module 3. You have lifetime access and you can move the way your life requires.
Is the whole course really available in Spanish?
Yes — every lesson and every workbook is available in full Spanish. La Cuidadora Segura is the complete Spanish-language version of this course. If you have a family member who primarily speaks Spanish, they have full access too.
How long does it take to complete?
Each lesson is 8–10 minutes. The full course is designed to be completed in four to six weeks alongside your real life — not in a dedicated study sprint. Most students find that one module per week with the workbook is the most sustainable pace.
I have siblings who aren't helping. Will this course address that?
Directly — Module 2 has an entire lesson on sibling coordination and family responsibility division. Module 4 covers family conflict when you genuinely can't agree. The course gives you the frameworks and the exact language to use in both situations.
What if my parent is resistant to having these conversations?
Module 4 Lesson 3 is entirely dedicated to opening the conversation about last wishes — including what works, what fails, and how to navigate cultural resistance to talking about death. You'll leave with specific language to use and specific approaches for when they push back.

You didn't choose this season.
You are choosing how to show up in it.

The woman caring for an aging parent while navigating her own midlife has almost nobody speaking directly to her. This course was built for you — with you in mind at every single step.
